SHIPPING
After purchase confirmation, please allow up to 3-5 days to process. Once your order has been processed, your product(s) will be shipped within 24 hours. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email.

All orders are shipped via UPS.

HANNAH JEWETT is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays, loss, or theft caused by circumstances related to the courier. 

We ship to all 50 states in the continental US and International.

International customers are responsible for any customs or fees that may occur.

JEWELRY RETURNS
HANNAH JEWETT accepts returns on a case to case basis, at our discretion. Jewelry that arrives damaged is entitled to replacement and in certain cases, we may ask that the pieces be returned to our studio for investigation or repair. 

We accept exchanges of unworn and undamaged jewelry within 7 days of the marked delivery date. The item must be in the same condition as purchased, and you are responsible for all shipping costs.

We do not accept returns for refunds. Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable.

We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on purchases made outside of hannahjewett.com.

CANDLE RETURNS

All candle orders are final sale unless defective. Defective candles may only be replaced with the same item. 

Candles that arrive damaged are entitled to a replacement.
